POSITION: Driver

Toptech is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our operations team. This role is central to ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of goods, equipment, and personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adherence to regulations, and a strong commitment to vehicle maintenance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

You will be responsible for the full scope of vehicle operation and logistical support.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles in full compliance with all local traffic regulations.
Transport goods, equipment, and personnel to specified locations efficiently and punctually.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for each trip to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper handling and secure storage.
Provide a high level of professional customer service during all client and colleague interactions.
Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel consumption, and all vehicle maintenance activities.
Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
Keep all assigned vehicles clean, orderly, and presentable.
Ensure all vehicle documents—including license, insurance, and registration—are current and valid.
Assist in organizing transportation schedules and coordinating with the logistics team.
Report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations immediately and cooperate with relevant authorities.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize transportation processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School diploma or its equivalent.
Hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type and have a clean driving record with no major violations.
Possess proven years of experience as a professional driver.
Have strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a steadfast commitment to safety.
Exhibit physical fitness for long hours on the road and the ability to handle various types of cargo.]
Show proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Possess strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and professional ethical conduct.
