About Role
As an Audiologist at Amplifon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical hearing care services while also contributing to the overall commercial and operational success of your clinic. You will manage your clinic operations with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, ensuring that every client receives a professional, empathetic, and results-driven service experience. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests for clients
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate hearing solutions and devices
- Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids and related assistive technologies
- Provide structured aftercare services in line with Amplifon’s clinical care programmes
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer care and clinical service delivery
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with patients, colleagues, and local stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with clinical, legal, and internal regulatory standards
- Manage clinic schedules and diaries to meet both patient needs and commercial targets
- Deliver agreed KPIs and implement improvement plans where performance gaps are identified
Requirements
- Registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist with the HCPC (or eligibility to register)
- Recognised qualification in Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing
- Strong commitment to patient care, service quality, and clinical excellence
- Good commercial awareness and ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Strong IT and computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal accountability
- A full driving licence is desirable due to regional travel requirements
- Willingness to relocate within the UK if required
- Eligibility for UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship or right to work in the UK
