POSITION: Laboratory Products Sales Executive

LabMart Limited, a premier provider of laboratory solutions and scientific products in Ghana, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Laboratory Products Sales Executive to join our team in Accra. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at client engagement, possesses strong product knowledge, and is driven to support the scientific community with essential tools and solutions.

Job Summary and Role Impact

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with their laboratory product selections, preparing accurate quotations, and handling all inquiries professionally. You will maintain robust client relationships through diligent follow-up and exceptional service, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the full sales cycle for our scientific product portfolio, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate laboratory products and tailored solutions for their specific research or operational needs.
Prepare and issue detailed, competitive quotations to clients promptly and accurately.
Receive and manage customer calls and inquiries, providing expert, professional support and guidance.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of the sales team.
Maintain meticulous customer records, sales documentation, and communication logs.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) in any Applied Science discipline, such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
Possess at least three years of proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the laboratory, medical, or scientific products sector.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with full fluency in English.
Exhibit a consistently polite, professional, and customer-oriented attitude in all interactions.
Have the ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment.
