Chocoluv Company Limited is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. Are you passionate about food safety and committed to process excellence? You will report directly to the Director or General Manager and provide essential supervision to our production staff, serving as the guardian of quality at every stage.

The Role and Its Impact

As our Quality Assurance Officer, you will be the cornerstone of our manufacturing integrity. You will oversee the entire production lifecycle, enforce rigorous standards, and guarantee that every product delivered to our customers meets our exacting specifications for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass process control, compliance leadership, and detailed analysis.

Process Control: Monitor and supervise the complete product lifecycle, from the inspection of incoming raw materials to the final packaging of finished goods.
Compliance Management: Establish and maintain robust preventive control measures. Ensure strict adherence to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols and all relevant food safety regulations.
Team Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise production staff to uphold peak hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards on the factory floor.
Quality Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular sensory evaluations, including product tasting, to assess quality. Furthermore, manage and document daily quality checks, compiling detailed reports for management review.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality systems.

Possess proven experience in a food manufacturing environment with hands-on knowledge of HACCP protocols.
Are a strong and assertive communicator, capable of effectively enforcing hygiene regimes and quality procedures with staff at all levels.
Exhibit a naturally analytical and organized mindset, able to manage multiple checks and documentation without error.
Have two to three years of direct experience in a similar quality assurance or control role within the food and beverage industry.
