POSITION: Sales Representative
Plato Consult is recruiting an accomplished Sales Representative on behalf of our client. The successful applicant will be responsible for building and nurturing strong professional relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and business owners. Your primary objective is to drive company sales and expand market presence. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a strategic, target driven professional.
Role-Specific Responsibilities
You will be the frontline ambassador for the company’s products and solutions, focusing on both growth and retention.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to increase market share within your assigned regions and industry sectors.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by fostering strong, long term relationships built on trust and value.
- Promote and launch new products effectively to enhance brand visibility and accelerate revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed set monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, detailed proposals, and accurate quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts skillfully and manage customer expectations to guarantee successful project delivery.
- Maintain meticulous sales records, prepare regular performance reports, and provide reliable forecasts for management review.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Possess a minimum of five years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within contract management, project management, or property development at a senior level.
- Demonstrate a clear track record of success in selling products and integrated solutions to B2B clients.
- Exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and general IT literacy for reporting and communication.
