Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, health education, and preventive care
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, HIV, asthma, and mental health conditions
Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret laboratory tests, and develop individualised care plans
Treat both pediatric and adult patients across the full age spectrum
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, specialists, and support staff
Document all clinical encounters accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to performance and patient satisfaction targets
Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain up-to-date, evidence-based clinical practice

Requirements

Valid Physician Assistant licence and certification in good standing
1–5 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine or an exceptional structured training background
Proven ability to manage both adult and pediatric patients
Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred, or a willingness to use translation tools
Strong clinical competence, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills
Must currently hold a J-1 visa and be eligible to transition to H-1B (direct H-1B transfers not accepted)
