Job Title: Young Graduates Program in Health and Education Research

ClairView Associates (CVA) is launching an exciting career development opportunity for recent graduates. We are actively seeking two motivated, articulate, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Health and Education Research Program. Successful candidates will integrate into our multidisciplinary research team. You will gain hands on experience supporting vital data collection, analysis, reporting, and knowledge dissemination within the health and education sectors. Program Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes

As a Young Graduate, you will engage in substantive work that builds a strong professional foundation.

Participate directly in ongoing health and education research projects, assisting with data collection, analysis, and thorough documentation.
Support the preparation of high-quality research reports, policy briefs, and various technical documents.
Help the team meet critical project milestones, targets, and deliverables within strict timelines.
Contribute to comprehensive literature reviews and other evidence based research activities.
Respond professionally to research related inquiries and provide timely project updates as needed.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners located in multiple global regions.
Attend and support relevant local and international conferences, workshops, and project meetings.

Required Qualifications and Candidate Profile

This program is tailored for recent graduates who hold an HND, BSc, or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Eligible fields include, but are not limited to:

Nursing
Pharmacy
Medical Laboratory Science or Technology
Public Health
Education and related fields

Additionally, ideal candidates will:

Possess prior internship, volunteer, or work experience in health or education, which is a distinct advantage.
Demonstrate strong research, analytical, and professional report writing skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Have the ability to read and write in multiple languages, which is a beneficial added advantage.
Be between 18 and 31 years of age to qualify for this specific Young Graduates Program.
