KAS Christian International School invites dedicated and passionate educators to apply for teaching positions within our Pre School and Primary School departments. We are seeking God fearing teachers who are committed to nurturing young minds in a Christ centered environment. Specifically, we have openings for both Lower and Upper Primary School Teachers.

Key Responsibilities for Primary Teachers

Successful candidates will embrace a comprehensive role focused on academic excellence and character formation.

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that fully align with the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum.
Nurture pupils holistically, supporting their academic, social, moral, and spiritual growth.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
Actively support character development grounded in Christian values and principles.
Assess student progress consistently and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, school leadership, and parents.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Education. A specialization in Early Childhood or Primary Education is highly preferred.
Demonstrate strong classroom management and clear communication skills.
Exhibit a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
Previous teaching experience is advantageous, however, motivated fresh graduates are also strongly encouraged to apply.
