Responsibilities

Perform daily custodial and sanitation duties across production and cultivation areas
Safely use, label, and store cleaning materials in compliance with company policies
Properly dispose of cannabis waste according to state regulations
Clean floors, walls, glass surfaces, restrooms, and common areas
Restock cleaning and facility supplies as needed
Monitor building safety, including securing doors and identifying hazards
Report maintenance and repair needs to Facilities Management
Follow all Parallel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID
0–2 years of experience in custodial or environmental services roles
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 80 lbs with assistance
Comfortable working in temperatures exceeding 100°F and humid environments
Knowledge of proper PPE usage and safety practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically able to stand, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work collaboratively
