The Opportunity
We are recruiting dynamic Customer Service Advisors to act as true Gamechangers in the “Sales through Service” model for a leading sports brand. In this role, you will manage inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and instant messaging platforms. Your mission is twofold: to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and to proactively identify opportunities to drive sales of high-performance sportswear and fashion apparel. A genuine passion for sports and current fashion trends is essential to authentically connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the frontline ambassador for an iconic brand. Your core duties will include:
- First, you will provide exceptional, multi-channel customer support, resolving inquiries promptly while embodying the brand’s energetic and passionate identity.
- You will build genuine rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance their athletic and lifestyle pursuits.
- A central focus involves utilizing a consultative sales approach to recommend products that match customer preferences and boost performance.
- Furthermore, you will accurately document all customer interactions in our service database to ensure a consistent and personalized experience.
- You will also collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements that enhance both customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
- Additionally, you will engage in ongoing training to deepen your product knowledge and sharpen your sales techniques within the sports and fashion sector.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- A graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within retail, sports, or a related consumer industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level; proficiency at a C1 level in any additional relevant language is required.
- A genuine, enthusiastic passion for sports and fashion is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying sales opportunities.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with high empathy and the ability to recognize buying signals.
