The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Director. You will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, tasked with identifying new business opportunities and cultivating lasting client partnerships. You will leverage your network and sales acumen to promote our full suite of HR services while providing strategic oversight for digital marketing and sales support functions. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation to client retention. Your core duties will include:
- First, you will proactively identify potential clients through targeted market research, strategic networking, and professional outreach.
- You will build and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and valuable referrals.
- As a primary point of contact, you will manage client inquiries and ensure their needs are met with exceptional service.
- A central responsibility involves developing and executing effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Furthermore, you will conduct compelling presentations and meetings to generate qualified leads and promote our HR consulting services.
- You will also monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities and inform our strategy.
- Additionally, you will prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports, tracking activities, progress, and results.
- You will represent RecTrain at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
- Finally, you will maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contractual agreements.
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales and client management:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- At least three years of direct sales experience, preferably within HR consulting, recruitment, or professional services.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and consistently exceed performance targets.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
