We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist in actively selling our products and services.

ROLE

Generate revenue by selling to both individuals, corporate and small business customers to ensure that Tonaton.com stays the top classified and e-commerce site in Ghana.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent salesman/woman who’s able to increase our customer base. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell value-added service(s) to existing customers
  • Sell to clients our products and services (eg. pay for a premium listing)
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future postings and payments.
  • Handle different queries, requests, and complaints of customers.
  • Adhere to all Tonaton.com’s quality guidelines in reviewing ads with the highest quality
  • Anticipate problems and needs of customers and provide solutions
  • Handle high-pressure workload
  • Maintain high confidentiality of valuable information
  • Be knowledgeable of the products and services of the organization
  • Conducting periodic surveys to maintain and improve quality inventory on the site; customer experience
  • Proactively coming out with challenges and solutions within the area of work.

Requirement:

  • Minimum HND with a Qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Related Field
  • Must have at least one year of proven experience as a Sales Executive or a relevant role (a related industry will be an added advantage)
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communicator.
  • Excellent Phone and Presentation Skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (G-Suite will be an added advantage).
  • Must have Good Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills
