POSITION: Sales Executive
Job Description
Skynet Express is a dynamic and rapidly expanding player in Ghana’s logistics and courier sector, dedicated to providing reliable and efficient delivery solutions. We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape market growth, build key client relationships, and directly contribute to our expanding footprint in the industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in executing our sales strategy to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Your ability to develop prospects, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction will be central to achieving our ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a comprehensive range of sales and account management activities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans that support both medium and long-term revenue growth for the company.
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects through strategic cold calling and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate and finalize new business agreements to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing accounts to increase service usage and customer loyalty.
- Drive overall sales revenue upward through persistent effort and strategic client management.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.
- Accurately reconcile sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management review.
Your Profile and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- A first degree in any relevant field; a background in Social Sciences is preferable.
- A minimum of three years of proven experience in service sales, ideally within logistics, courier, or a related B2B sector.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a distinct advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to motivate and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Persuasive negotiation and closing techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and comfort working with electronic datasets.
- Outstanding time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan strategically while adapting to unexpected changes.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
