Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Lead Store Operations: Manage daily activities while ensuring the store’s appearance meets high standards.
Inventory & Product Management: Oversee procurement and inventory of flowers and merchandise to minimize waste.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate staff to create a positive work environment.
Sales & Profitability: Implement sales strategies to meet financial goals and manage daily transactions.
Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service and manage busy periods effectively.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the Retail Manager position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Experience: At least one year of direct experience in the floral industry, such as in a flower shop or wholesale market.
Retail Management: More than one year of experience in retail management with proven team leadership skills.
Floral Knowledge: Understanding of fresh flower care, handling, and merchandising techniques for dried arrangements.
Sales Goals: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets successfully.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
