Duties of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) Urologist Jobs with Visa Sponsorship

  • First and foremost, you will see and treat new and follow-up patients with urologic problems such as BPH, hematuria, kidney stones, prostate cancer, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, male infertility, and more.
  • Second, you will do office-based treatments such as cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, urodynamic tests, intravesical therapy, and putting testosterone pellets in.
  • Third, you will execute a complete spectrum of open, endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgeries.
  • You will also be responsible for caring for people after surgery, as well as those with urinary tract infections, acute renal colic, and urosepsis.
  • You will also work closely with radiation oncology, medical oncology, imaging, and pathology on difficult situations.
  • Lastly, you will be responsible for teaching family medicine or general surgery residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers at teaching hospitals.

Requirements for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) Urologist Jobs with Visa Sponsorship

  • You need to have an MD or DO from a medical school that is recognized.
  • Second, you need to have finished a urology residency program that is accredited by the ACGME or a similar organization.
  • Third, you need to be board-certified by the American Board of Urology.
  • You also need to have at least one year of experience in general urology after your residency.
  • Furthermore, you need to be able to do open, endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgeries.
