Job Title: Distributor Management System Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive Distributor Management System Coordinator to join our Nestlé Business Services team. This pivotal role focuses on implementing and optimizing our Distributor Management System (DMS1), enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing sales force effectiveness across our distribution network.

Position Summary

As a Distributor Management System Coordinator, you will lead the implementation and ongoing management of the DMS platform for distributor field sales teams. You will empower sales professionals with critical data insights and reporting tools that support strategic planning and performance improvement. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing secondary sales tracking and distributor performance nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Training:

Drive the national distributor automation project to enhance operational performance
Train and develop both internal and external sales teams on DMS1 functionalities
Ensure the successful installation of DMS applications across all distributor locations

Data Analysis & Performance Management:

Analyze distributor sales force performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
Monitor key performance indicators using DMS reports and communicate gaps to field teams
Prepare monthly implementation progress reports for management review

System Optimization & Support:

Develop plans to improve DMS usability and reporting effectiveness
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users
Test new system enhancements using live data scenarios
Collaborate with IS/IT departments and external agencies for system updates

Your Profile and Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
1–2 years of experience in sales, finance, or data management roles

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data interpretation
Knowledge of Microsoft Access or computer programming is advantageous

Personal Attributes:

Results-oriented with high energy and commitment to excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Effective organizational and planning capabilities
