The university will offer 30 full tuition waivers to students who begin their undergraduate studies in September 2026. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Hold an international fee-paying status
Start a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Leicester campus in the United Kingdom
Apply for a programme that lasts no more than three years

The university does not accept applications for certain programmes. These include Medicine, LLB Maitrise, International Year One, the STEM International Foundation, and any course that extends beyond three years.

Academic Expectations

The scholarship targets students with strong academic achievements. Applicants must secure grades at least two levels above the standard A-level requirement for the chosen course. In addition, they must select Leicester as their firm choice by 30 June 2026 and meet all academic offer conditions by 20 August 2026.

Video Submission Requirement

Leicester adds an interesting creative element to the selection process. Every applicant must record a two-minute video that answers three key questions:

What goals do you aim to achieve in the future
How will your chosen degree help you reach these goals
In what ways will you contribute to the Leicester student community

Selection and Key Dates
