Role Overview
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our back-of-house operations. Your primary focus will be preparing high-quality ingredients and menu items that consistently meet our established standards. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while contributing to the exceptional dining experiences our guests expect from Dome.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will include:
- Preparing ingredients and assembling menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintaining consistent food quality through careful attention to detail in all preparation tasks
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout your shift
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Demonstrating initiative by identifying tasks that need completion and taking action
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Supporting your colleagues during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment
Your Profile and Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
- Genuine passion for food preparation and serving hungry guests
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proactive mindset with the initiative to see what needs to be done
- Flexibility to work various shifts between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – we provide comprehensive training!
