Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our carwash facility. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, staff performance, and business productivity. You will maintain our high standards of service while fostering a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass comprehensive operational management:

Oversee all daily carwash activities to ensure a seamless workflow and consistent service delivery
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate carwash attendants across various shifts
Implement rigorous quality control measures for all vehicle services
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times.
Train new team members and continuously monitor staff performance.
Handle daily financial reporting, including cash management and accurate record-keeping.
Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures without exception.
Ensure punctual opening and closing of the premises according to business hours.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Residence in or near Madina, Adenta, Achimota, Haatso, North Legon, or West Legon.
Minimum education of SHS with strong English communication skills.
Proven managerial experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
Exceptional customer service skills and a polite, engaging demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Punctual, dependable, and disciplined with a tidy appearance.
Ability to work extended hours and effectively manage a team.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Clean police record and willingness to provide professional and personal references.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You should be adaptable, maintaining a positive attitude while handling multiple tasks. High personal hygiene standards are essential, as is flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hours and Schedule

Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

One scheduled day off per week of your choice
