We are now seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from origin to destination while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, you will manage several critical aspects of the logistics process:

End-to-End Coordination: You will orchestrate the complete movement of goods, working directly with shipping companies, warehouse teams, and retailers to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.
Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal inventory levels is crucial. You will ensure product availability while avoiding overstocking to balance cost and service.
Order Processing: Managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial receipt through to final fulfillment, will be a core part of your daily duties.
Shipment Tracking and Communication: You will proactively monitor shipments and provide clear, consistent status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Documentation Accuracy: Preparing and managing essential shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork, requires meticulous attention.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring full adherence to all customs, import, and export regulations is a non-negotiable responsibility.
Problem Resolution: You will quickly address and resolve any transit issues, such as delays, damages, or lost shipments, to minimize disruption.
Cost Efficiency: Identifying opportunities to reduce transportation expenses without compromising service quality is key to our value proposition.
Customer Service Excellence: Providing outstanding support by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving complaints effectively will define our brand reputation.
Data Analysis: Furthermore, you will analyze logistics data to uncover trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
