A tomato mix manufacturing factory in Teacher Mante is now looking for a skilled production supervisor to work in the factory.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-3years of work experience in FMCG industry is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing staff, coordinate and cooperate with various cross functional team for smooth operations.
- Set the direction of the plant operation
- Achieve monthly / weekly / daily production plan
- Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process
- Observing control points and equipment
- Monitoring personnel and resources
