Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a diverse range of critical tasks:

  • Managing Daily Operations: You will oversee all daily office activities to ensure a seamless workflow, from managing documentation to coordinating administrative schedules
  • Coordinating Schedules and Communication: A core part of your duties involves coordinating meeting schedules, managing internal communications, and ensuring everyone has the information they need
  • Supporting Key Functions: You will provide direct support to HR, procurement, and logistics teams, assisting with tasks that keep our business moving forward
  • Managing Office Resources: You will take charge of office supplies and resources, ensuring we are always well-stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
  • Organizing Events: Furthermore, you will handle the planning and coordination of company events and meetings, managing all related logistics.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of two years of proven experience in an office administration or similar support role.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
