The Opportunity Awaits You

We currently seek a motivated Project Engineer Trainee to join our engineering team. This position offers you hands on experience in planning, designing, and executing construction projects from conception to completion. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop essential skills that will serve as the foundation for a successful engineering career. Your Core Responsibilities

Assist in project planning and coordination activities to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.
Support engineering design and technical documentation processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Participate in site inspections and project monitoring to verify work complies with specifications and quality standards.
Prepare project reports and maintain engineering records systematically for reference and analysis.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including architects, contractors, and site supervisors to achieve project objectives.
Apply engineering principles and problem solving techniques to address challenges that arise during construction.
Learn and adopt industry best practices under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing observations and suggestions from the field.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of academic qualifications and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Design Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
Completion of National Service, demonstrating your commitment to national development.
1 to 3 years of experience, although fresh graduates with strong academic records are strongly encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software provides a distinct advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering data and drawings effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Proven problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
A genuine passion for construction engineering and a desire to learn continuously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
