POSITION: Key Account Executive
Job Description
At Shalina Healthcare Ghana, we are dedicated to making quality healthcare accessible. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind increasing brand awareness and generating demand for our trusted products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring optimal product availability within key institutions, including hospitals and clinics, and successfully managing tender processes.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
As a Key Account Executive, your performance will be measured by your ability to:
- Master Customer Segmentation: You will conduct detailed customer segmentation within hospitals and clinics, aligning your outreach strategies with company guidelines for maximum impact and frequency.
- Manage Key Relationships: Maintaining up-to-date databases for all assigned institutions is crucial. This practice ensures you fully understand customer needs and can fulfill them promptly.
- Drive Product Education: You will keep medical practitioners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and pharmacists informed with the latest product information through face-to-face meetings and group presentations.
- Develop Strategic Insight: A deep understanding of each institution’s business and the local market is essential. You will use these insights to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Foster Collaborative Growth: Working closely with the Marketing team is key. You will collaborate to optimize campaigns, welcome constructive feedback, and implement strategies to increase market penetration.
- Uphold Corporate Integrity: Furthermore, you will consistently comply with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, conducting all activities with the highest standards of business ethics and integrity.
Qualifications and Skills for Success
Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related business field.
- A minimum of three years of proven work experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be a proactive and influential professional with exceptional communication skills. You must possess a strong understanding of the hospital and clinic landscape in Ghana. Additionally, your ability to build trust with healthcare professionals and work collaboratively with internal teams will be critical to your success in this role.
