Hold Hong Kong Permanent Resident status with the right of abode
Study full time in any CUHK undergraduate programme and not be in their final year
Meet the English proficiency requirements stated on the scholarship portal
Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of three point zero or equivalent, although Year One students without GPA also qualify
Show genuine interest in innovation and a clear desire to work in technology-driven careers
