Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor 

Position Summary

Become a vital part of our leadership team as a Restaurant Supervisor, where you will champion exceptional guest experiences and guide our service staff to excellence. In this dynamic role, you will ensure seamless daily operations while directly contributing to a positive and productive work environment. You will actively monitor dining areas, uphold our high standards for quality and safety, and inspire your team to deliver heartfelt, forward-thinking service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the service team, fostering a collaborative spirit to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, which include managing supplies, maintaining clean equipment, and securing the premises.
  • Regularly inspect staff grooming and uniforms, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory storage, enforcing organization and the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for optimal freshness and cost control.
  • Conduct scheduled supply counts and place necessary orders to maintain stock levels.
  • Continuously monitor the dining rooms to ensure guest safety, service quality, and efficient seating.
  • Submit detailed work orders for any maintenance needs or repairs.
  • Furthermore, you will assist management with team development, including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing constructive feedback.

You will also serve as a role model and the first point of contact for our Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. We expect you to build strong, positive working relationships, listen to employee concerns, and support the team in reaching shared goals. Additionally, we encourage you to identify and recommend new methods to boost efficiency, productivity, and overall quality.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related hospitality role.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to:

  • Stand, sit, or walk for an entire shift.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and navigate stairs.
  • Perform physical actions such as bending, twisting, and stooping.
