Role Overview

As an Interior Design and Project Sales Specialist, you will develop customized tile solutions for residential and commercial projects while maintaining strong partnerships with architects, developers, and design professionals. You will create compelling visual presentations, provide spatial planning advice, and negotiate sales agreements that deliver both aesthetic excellence and functional performance. This position demands both creative vision and commercial execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with architects, developers, and interior designers
  • Present technical specifications and design solutions to high-value clients
  • Negotiate sales agreements while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  • Attend industry events to strengthen brand presence and network development

Design Consultation & Spatial Planning

  • Create detailed 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations
  • Advise on tile selection, layout patterns, and color combinations
  • Provide structural and spatial planning recommendations for optimal results
  • Stay current with global design trends and material innovations

Project Management & Sales Execution

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies targeting the construction and design sectors
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on project requirements
  • Collaborate with retail teams to deliver complete project solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic positioning

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project pipelines
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities, trends, and confirmed orders
  • Analyze market opportunities and provide strategic insights
  • Track personal performance against established targets and metrics

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in interior design, architectural sales, or related field
  • Proficiency with 3D design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Strong spatial planning and aesthetic sensibilities

Technical Competencies:

  • Excellent presentation and communication capabilities
  • Knowledge of construction materials and building processes
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications
