Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the NENU China Government Scholarship 2026-2027, applicants must meet the following conditions:

Be a non-Chinese citizen in good physical and mental health.

For Master’s Degree applicants:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Be under 35 years old.

For Doctoral Degree applicants:

Hold a Master’s degree.
Be under 40 years old.

Language Requirements:

For Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 5 (minimum 180 points) or a degree from a Chinese-medium university.
For English-taught programs: IELTS (≥6.0), TOEFL (≥80), or an official English proficiency letter from your previous institution.

Application Process

Interested applicants should carefully follow the steps below:

Apply through the CSC Portal:
Visit www.campuschina.org, choose Program Type B, enter the NENU Agency Number: 10200, complete and download the CSC application form.
Submit Online Application via NENU Portal:
Go to studyatnenu.nenu.edu.cn or nenu.17gz.org → Upload all required documents including study plan, research proposal, academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and (if available) an acceptance letter.
Interview & Evaluation:
Shortlisted applicants will attend an interview or document review conducted by NENU’s admission team.
Pre-admission & Final Selection:
NENU will issue Pre-admission Notices by mid-March 2026, and final results will be announced after the China Scholarship Council’s review.
