Job Duties
- Develop preliminary technical project scopes and budgets for capital renewal initiatives.
- Support deferred maintenance planning through technical assessments and project recommendations.
- Maintain and update deferred maintenance databases and facility condition records.
- Research existing facility conditions to support replacement and renewal priorities.
- Review project design documents and construction-stage shop drawings for compliance.
- Support prioritisation of campus capital renewal and deferred maintenance projects.
- Provide technical guidance regarding maintenance documentation and project costs.
- Assist with architectural and engineering design interpretation for stakeholders.
- Serve as project planner when assigned, including scope, scheduling, and planning coordination.

Job Requirements
