Job Duties

- Operate coating equipment, grinders, sanders, and related production machinery.
- Load and unload paint booth conveyors efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify defects during production processes.
- Troubleshoot coating issues, conveyor problems, and sprayer adjustment concerns.
- Inspect painted products and complete required quality documentation accurately.
- Utilize blueprints, job travelers, and company production systems effectively.
- Perform paint quality assessments using visual inspections and testing equipment.
- Assemble fixtures and verify readiness before quality approval processes.
- Package completed products according to specifications and delivery requirements.
- Support process improvements, employee development initiatives, and safety programs.
- Clean, maintain, and assist with repairs of painting equipment when necessary.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED qualification is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required for employment consideration.
- Previous experience in powder coating, manufacturing, or paint shop operations.
- Understanding of basic mechanical and manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently while solving operational challenges effectively.
- Ability to lift and move items exceeding fifty pounds regularly.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout work shifts.
