Job Duties

Provide specialized expertise to support Epic implementation and optimization projects.
Configure and customize Epic Willow modules according to project requirements.

Job Requirements

Hold an active Epic Willow Certification.
Possess at least five years of recent Epic implementation experience.
Demonstrate expertise in application build and go live activities.
Maintain strong knowledge of workflows, testing, troubleshooting, and support processes.
Understand technical documentation and system configuration requirements.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
