Position: Graphic & Marketing Officer

Your Five Core Missions

Content Development & Storytelling
You will craft compelling narratives across multiple platforms. Write blog posts, film short videos, and capture customer success stories. Then repurpose that content for emails, websites, and print materials. Every piece of content must resonate, educate, and inspire action.

Marketing Strategy & Support
You will help design quarterly marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Analyze audience insights, identify growth opportunities, and recommend budget friendly tactics. Support the sales team with collateral that actually converts. Consequently, your strategic input will directly influence brand visibility.

Social Media Management
You will take full ownership of Jibu Ghana’s social presence. Schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics. Experiment with new formats like Reels, Stories, and live sessions. Additionally, respond to comments and messages within hours, not days. Build an authentic community, not just a follower count.

Partnerships & Campaign Coordination
You will identify potential brand allies. Reach out to complementary businesses, NGOs, and influencers. Then coordinate joint campaigns that benefit both parties. Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for every partnership. Your ability to build win win relationships will set you apart.

Graphics Design & Branding
You will produce eye catching visuals for digital and print use. Design social media graphics, flyers, banners, presentations, and email headers. Maintain brand consistency across every asset. Moreover, push creative boundaries while respecting Jibu Ghana’s visual identity. Think bold colors, clean typography, and memorable compositions.

What You Must Bring

You need a BSc in Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, Communication, or a related discipline. However, your portfolio matters just as much as your degree. Therefore, show us campaigns you have built, graphics you have designed, and results you have driven.

Beyond the degree, we look for:

Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
Hands on skills with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools.
Strong writing ability across short form captions and long form articles.
Basic analytics knowledge to measure what works and double down.
Self starter attitude with the discipline to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
