POSITION: Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst

Ecobank Ghana is seeking a Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst to join our Group Technology team. If you hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, bring six years of relevant experience, and possess strong project management and stakeholder skills, this role offers the opportunity to shape technology execution across one of Africa’s leading banking groups.

As a Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst, you will serve as the senior executioner of the Technology strategy, spanning the entire Group technology units to help them achieve their strategic goals. Your work will directly contribute to business solution deployments from a Technology perspective.

Your Mission

You will ensure the execution of the approved Technology strategy workbook as well as non workbook strategies. Your role includes contributing to strategy development, research, performance reviews, and the organization of annual strategy meetings and workshops. You will also run stakeholder engagement, collaborate with PMOs to track execution milestones, and conduct periodic strategy reviews to maintain alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and risk evaluation. Here is what you will tackle:

Strategy Execution & Tracking

You will ensure the Group Technology strategy workbook executes according to plan, keeping every initiative moving forward.
Regularly tracking and collaborating with PMOs for various execution milestones keeps projects on schedule.
Ensuring the strategy document and contents update as required, reflecting changes from execution reviews.

Strategy Development & Research

You will contribute to strategy development, helping shape technology direction for the entire Group.
Conducting research informs strategic decisions and keeps us ahead of industry trends.
Organizing annual strategy meetings and other strategy workshops brings leaders together to align and commit.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

You will run stakeholder engagement across multiple countries, building trust and alignment among diverse groups.
Facilitating effective collaboration and communications between the IT organization and user and customer communities bridges gaps and builds understanding.

Performance Management & Value Delivery

You will participate in developing and maintaining IT performance management frameworks and metrics, ensuring IT delivers value to the enterprise.
Implementing benefits and value delivery mechanisms measures and ensures realization of benefits from all initiatives.

Risk & Strategic Program Support

You will facilitate execution risk evaluation and offer remediation when initiatives face obstacles.
Participating in the execution of high impact, enterprise wide strategic programs or initiatives puts you at the center of organizational change.
Participating in all strategic project steer cos to track execution keeps leadership informed and accountable.

What You Bring to the Role

Education & Experience

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree gives you a plus.
Six years of relevant experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and impact.
Experience managing IT solutions delivery in complex environments.
Experience working in a multi national setting, understanding diverse cultures and business practices.
Project management membership or certification gives you an added advantage.
