  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Qualifications & Experience: You possess the requisite qualifications, experience, and integrity required for directorship in a regulated financial institution.
  • Shareholding: You must be a shareholder of the bank and hold not less than the minimum number of shares prescribed by the bank’s constitution.
  • Nomination: You must receive nomination from two existing shareholders of the bank.
