POSITION: Female Sales Representative

Job Summary

This role combines strategic business development with hands on customer relationship management. You will identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. For entry level candidates, we offer a Sales Assistant position where you will support the General Manager while learning the ropes. Either way, you will join a team that values initiative, communication, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will span market development, relationship management, and strategic execution. Here is what you will tackle:

Market Development

You will drive business development and marketing activities within your assigned region or sales channel.
Expanding market presence requires a proactive approach. You will identify gaps and seize opportunities to introduce our products to new healthcare facilities.

Customer Relationship Management

You will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs receive prompt attention.
Simultaneously, you will identify and develop new business opportunities based on what you hear from customers. Their challenges become your sales opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement

You will develop and execute sales plans that consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Hitting your numbers requires discipline, strategy, and relentless follow through.

Communication and Collaboration

You will negotiate pricing and terms with clients, finalizing contracts with confidence and professionalism.
Collaborating with internal teams ensures successful deal execution and lasting customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for candidates with the right blend of industry knowledge, sales experience, and core competencies. Here is what you need:

Industry & Education

A background in medical or healthcare related fields is essential.
Experience in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) gives you a significant advantage.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience & Competencies

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical, healthcare, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills come naturally to you.
You possess the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships across diverse settings.

Entry Level Consideration

For candidates with less experience, we offer a Sales Assistant role. In this capacity, you will focus more on supporting the General Manager while developing your sales skills.
