Mazars Advisory is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our banking services, interacting directly with customers and handling their financial transactions with precision and care. You will process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. You will also assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues, and explain various bank products and services.

Core Responsibilities

As our Bank Teller, you will handle a high volume of financial transactions with speed and accuracy. You will maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times. Also, you will assist customers with their everyday banking needs and help them understand the products and services available. You will also play a key role in identifying and reporting any suspicious activities, ensuring the security of our operations.

Transaction Processing & Cash Management

Process Financial Transactions Accurately: You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with precision. Every transaction must be correct.
Maintain a Balanced Cash Drawer: You will count currency carefully and ensure your drawer balances at the end of each shift. You will take ownership of your cash position.
Handle Foreign Currency Exchanges: You will process foreign currency transactions accurately, applying correct exchange rates.
Process Wire Transfers: You will manage incoming and outgoing wire transfers efficiently and securely.

Customer Service & Support

Assist with Account Inquiries: You will answer customer questions about their accounts patiently and clearly. You will resolve issues promptly.
Explain Bank Products and Services: You will help customers understand the features and benefits of various account types and services. You will be a trusted advisor.
Support New Account Openings: You will assist customers with opening new accounts, guiding them through the process smoothly.
Promote Bank Products: You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products such as savings accounts or credit assets. You will contribute to business growth.

Security & Compliance

Verify Customer Identification: You will follow established procedures to verify customer identity for every transaction. You will protect against fraud.
Follow Bank Procedures: You will adhere strictly to all banking policies and procedures. Consistency is key.
Report Suspicious Activities: You will stay alert for any unusual transactions or security concerns. You will report them to management immediately.

Education & Experience

We are looking for a reliable, accurate, and customer-focused professional who can handle cash with integrity and interact with clients warmly.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualifications & Experience

A degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
Between 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar banking or teller role. You understand the pace and demands of the job.
