About Role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will support GMP production activities across Cell Culture, Downstream Purification, and Fill & Finish operations within a highly controlled cleanroom environment. During the initial startup phase, you will assist with equipment qualification, commissioning, and process validation as the facility transitions from construction to full clinical and commercial production.
Once operational, you will execute shift-based manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. This is a dynamic role in a greenfield manufacturing site, offering exposure to next-generation technologies in advanced therapeutics and gene therapy production.
You will collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely product release while maintaining strict digital documentation and batch record accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment in GMP cleanroom environments
- Participate in equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation activities
- Execute production processes in Cell Culture, Downstream, and Fill & Finish areas
- Maintain digital batch records and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for timely production release
- Follow BSL-2 safety protocols and cleanroom gowning procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues
- Maintain compliance with cGLP, cGMP, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Direct experience operating manual or semi-automated manufacturing equipment
- Ability to work in cleanroom and GMP-regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
- Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States
