About the Opportunity
EduSpots opened its new Training and Learning Centre in Elmina in 2024. This vibrant space serves a dual purpose. First, it operates as a community Spot with activities led by local volunteers. Second, it functions as a central hub for training our staff and volunteers. Looking ahead, we have ambitious plans to expand the facility using funds raised through local tourism. Therefore, we need a dedicated professional to manage daily operations and showcase our educational model to visitors and potential partners.

- Systems Development: Contribute to creating and implementing tools and processes that enhance local operations. You will also help establish a local NGO and library committee.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including stamping books and updating a fixed assets register regularly.
- Community Outreach: Promote EduSpots’ work to the wider community and, over time, to tourists and stakeholders.
- Revenue Generation: Support the sale of EduSpots items to raise funds for the organization.
- Social Media: Depending on your skill set, manage a local social media feed to highlight the centre’s activities.
