POSITION: Construction Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Construction Project Manager with YEM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION LTD in Ghana. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management responsibilities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Plan all parts of the construction lifecycle, from start to finish.
• Obtains all applicable regulations and permits.
• Orders the required supplies, tools, and equipment.

• Creates and adheres to the budget, timeframe, and quality assurance strategy.

• Schedules are updated using scheduling software, work is tracked, and project progression is documented.

 Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Construction Project Management Skills
• Budgeting and construction management skills.
• Experienced in project management, with strong organizational and leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing many projects simultaneously and understanding construction norms and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar profession.
