Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and architect enterprise Windows-based backend infrastructure services
  • Analyze existing technologies and recommend improvements for performance, stability, and cost efficiency
  • Provide third-level (Tier 3) technical support for critical infrastructure systems
  • Design, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft services, including Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, and Azure services
  • Lead modernization, upgrade, and infrastructure improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
  • Serve as technical lead on projects, working closely with project managers and leadership
  • Create and maintain certificates for core systems, third-party integrations, and authentication services

  • Document infrastructure designs, processes, requirements, and technical specifications
