Key Responsibilities

Lead and architect enterprise Windows-based backend infrastructure services
Analyze existing technologies and recommend improvements for performance, stability, and cost efficiency
Provide third-level (Tier 3) technical support for critical infrastructure systems
Design, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft services, including Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, and Azure services
Lead modernization, upgrade, and infrastructure improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
