About the University Scholarship Program
The Premier’s University Scholarship Program in Western Australia is a prestigious merit-based scheme that grants two international students at each of the five involved WA universities a scholarship totalling AUD 50,000. The sum is applied as a decrease in tuition, assisting recipients in greatly alleviating the financial strain of higher education in Australia.
This initiative represents a significant effort by the Government of Western Australia to draw in the most talented students and future leaders globally, while additionally showcasing the area as a premier choice for international education.
Benefits of the Scholarship
Every recipient will obtain:
- AUD 50,000 in scholarship funding, applied directly as a reduction in tuition fees.
- The sum isn’t given in cash, but it greatly lowers the total tuition costs.
- The scholarship is non-renewable and applies only to the initial year(s) of study based on the overall tuition.
