At the opening of the new branch of Electroland Ghana limited, it was reported that a former bodyguard of Stoneboy and a group of people, attacked Kelvyn boy. It was also alleged that Kelvyn boy’s former boss, Stoneboy sent people to beat him up. Kelvyn boy after escaping the beatings took to social media to say that the Bhim nation boss did not succeed in his unlawful conduct. Fans of Kelvin boy also reacted. Some said that Stoneboy was jealous of the young musician beacause he was able to make it without his help and that he is now recognized internationally hence the attack.
Stoneboy finally has reacted to the allegations pressed against him. Yesterday, the Burniton Music Group issued an official statement addressing the allegations and criticisms levelled at Livingstone Etse Satekla widely known as Stoneboy.
The statement released indicated that the award-winning Dancehall artiste does not have a hand in whatever happened to Kelvyn boy neither were any of the people involved in the act had being employed by Burniton Music Group. It went on to say that, their only aim now is to shape Ghana’s “sonic landscape” through the Anloga Junction album that was recently released. Therefore, there is no time to divert their attention from promoting the Anloga Junction album to a conduct of that sort. The press release stated that an allegation of this kind could cause harm or defame their brand so they have instructed lawyers to look into the matter and take appropriate steps to prove Stoneboy and his brand blameless.
The organization finally entreated the public to disregard the allegations as the Burniton Group is made up of law-abiding people who are dedicated to entertaining the people of Ghana through the music they produce.
