This role will focus specifically on the Demand organization in Diageo, including all offices, commercial business activities and all driving. The H&S specialist translates the Transform work and implements the global roadmap for IMPROVE activities, similar in all markets.
In the highly influential top-end On-Trade venues, which are the heartland of the premium spirits world, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity and rate of sale of our brands through delivery of brand objectives. You will support our key accounts in order to deliver the profit, volume, sales driver and Diageo brand building objectives.
This role will elevate the importance of “customer”, and customer plans, to the same level as “brand” and brand plans have today. Additionally, it will embed a holistic Net Revenue Management (NRM) approach within our company processes.
