Under the VectorLink project, Abt Associates is seeking qualified individuals to fill a temporary positions of the following 26 sub-districts:

1 . Information, Education and Communication Assistant

Spearhead mobilization of all communities in assigned sub-district to increase IRS acceptance
Lead implementation of communication strategies in assigned sub-district to ensure ALL community-level stakeholders ACCEPT IRS BEFORE the spray campaign.
Manage and work closely with identified community mobilizers to ensure all households in each community accepting spray and fully prepared at the start of the campaign

2 . Finance Assistant

Work closely with District Operations Coordinators in confirming engaged personnel for payment
Prepare payroll for seasonal staff, coordinate the payment of per diems and ground transport for participants at trainings and stakeholder meeting through mobile money
Ensure that seasonal workers contracts are signed and filed prior to the start of spray campaign

3 . Field Supervisors

Supervise IRS teams to ensure spray quality according to best IRS practices
Ensure that all spray operators and team leaders comply with the best IRS practices
Ensure spraying is done according to environmental, health and safety standards

4 . Site Managers Supervisors

Coordinate all IRS site activities (morning preparation of IRS teams and end of the day clean-up of equipment and personnel) at an assigned operational site
Populate Spray Performance Tracker with results at the end of each day
Organize and lead coordination and planning of next-day movement for IRS teams and mobilizers through evening meetings with IRS site team

5 . Spray Operations Data Coordinator

Lead training sessions for temporary workers on mobile technology (mHealth) tools.
Test mobile phone applications; purchase and activate SIM cards
Test existing phones and batteries and create a phone inventory
