AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
1 . Senior Operations Manager, USAID Ghana MEL
- Maintain oversight of finance, procurement, human resources, and operational activities of the field office
- Establish procedures for stewardship of financial operations, including accounting/ banking, payroll, subcontracting, procurement, etc.
- Ensure all activities and operations maintain compliance with local laws and USAID rules and regulations

2 . CLA Specialist, USAID Ghana MEL
The CLA Specialist will work to ensure that data collected and evidence generated are disseminated to and, more critically, applied by MEL project stakeholders for more effective development programming in consistent and systematic ways. The CLA Specialist must be an inclusive leader and effective communicator and listener with knowledge of the USAID Program Cycle and key Agency guidance.
