Duties of USA Inventory Specialist Jobs in 2025

First, you will follow the rules and procedures for running the business every day and comply with all state marijuana laws.
Second, you will use and keep up all inventory tracking systems, and you will also use the point-of-sale record-keeping system/METRC to receive, track, and change inventory.
Third, you will help verify orders.
You will also keep the vault clean and organized.
Additionally, you will work with the seed-to-sale system.
Furthermore, you will do the daily reconciliation process for all point-of-sale items.
Morover, you will help with and finish the annual inventory as required by law.
During lab testing and after labeling, you will move finished goods materials from production.
You will also inspect and repackage finished goods.
Lastly, you will use and keep up all of the systems that track inventory, as well as the point-of-sale record-keeping system/METRC, to receive, track, and change inventory.
