    Full Job Description

    The person in this position is in charge of screening, directing, and diagnosing internal questions and requests for work related to the maintenance of personal computers and related systems. You may write up help desk incident reports and help evaluate hardware and software. Note: Company-hosted web-enabled solutions may be geared toward both internal and external clients.

    The person should have a specialized skill or more than one skill through formal training and a lot of work experience. You should work on complicated assignments and knows that sometimes it’s necessary to go against what’s usually done. This job requires that you show up on time and stick to your schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Give professional help to end users through the phone, email, chat, or web forms.
    • Then, Provide repair or maintenance actions to fix problems with end users.
    • Responds to user problems using standard methods.
    • Also, Track calls and incidents by, among other things, entering data into the ticketing system in a timely and correct way.
    • May be in charge of making sure systems are set up correctly.
    • Being able to work Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., any shift given As shifts change, this job requires regular attendance and following the schedule.
    • Help end users in a professional way by phone, email, or web forms.
    • Moreover, Provide repair or maintenance actions to fix problems with end users.
    • Responds to user problems using standard methods.
    • Track calls and incidents by, among other things, entering data into the ticketing system in a timely and correct way.
    • Lastly, May be in charge of making sure systems are set up correctly.

    Requirements

    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to talk to customers about problems or issues in a way that isn’t too technical.
    • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and speaks and writes English very well.
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • 0-1 year retail call center experience a plus, but not required
    • Good knowledge of how to diagnose and fix problems with PC hardware and software.
    • Knowledge of how to fix problems with Microsoft Office and O365 browsers, especially Chrome and Edge
    • Troubleshooting skills for iOS, Mac, iPhone, and iPad

    Type of Job: Full-time

    Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour.
