There exists a slight increase in the number of applicants scheduled for green card interviews. In April, the NVC organized 41,904 interviews, up from 38,896 in February. However, NVC is currently working on all submitted green card applications.
The NVC hopes to eliminate all backlogs in the processing of accepted green card applications, set up interviews, and finally issue green cards to qualified candidates.
