About the Fellowship

What Fellows Do
Fellows support ministers and parliamentarians through policy analysis and advisory work. They assist with project planning, budgeting, and program evaluation tasks. Who Can Apply
Applicants must be African nationals holding a university degree. Candidates must have graduated from ALA or the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. At least four years of professional experience is required. Applicants should show genuine passion for public service and policy leadership.
