Are you considering a temporary move to the United Kingdom for work? Do you have the skills and experience needed for this opportunity? If so, this guide will help you understand the application process for the UK Seasonal Worker Visa.

The UK government has extended its seasonal work visa program until 2029. This decision comes after issuing around 43,000 seasonal work visas for the horticulture sector. Additionally, they granted 2,000 work visas for poultry workers.

Key Information about the UK Seasonal Worker Visa

If you are ready to work in horticulture for up to six months, or in poultry from October 2nd to December 31st, you can apply for this visa. It’s essential to be aware of the application procedures.

The deadline for applying for poultry seasonal worker visas is November 15 each year. However, you can apply for horticulture visas at any time. Notably, the Seasonal Worker Visa has replaced the Temporary Worker-Seasonal Worker Visa (T5).
